Come learn to make fresh pasta in this hands on class led by Charlie. This is a get your hands dirty kind of class where will make fresh pasta and a simple sauce to sit down enjoy at the end of class. We will be utilizing the pasta attachments for the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for sheeting and cutting. Hand cutting techniques will also be demonstrated. BYOB Wine. Every participate will take home their own pasta dough they created. All classes are nonrefundable.
